Recent Projects- June 2005

For this project we did many finishes, including marbleizing, gilding, antiquing, and a brushed finish.
The brush finish is a truly elegant finish sometimes called combing. Unfortunately the colors used were to light to photograph.
Click on the images to see progressive photos for each. The first one are 4 columns that we gilded with real gold, and marbleized. The second is an English Sitting Room that we finished with milk paint and tinted wax, and finally the third photo will show the scale of the decorative wall finish we came up with just for this project.
