As an artist, I seem to be in a constant struggle with the translation of my imagination to canvas or paper. I think the importance of creating art and job of the artist is to "gift" the observer with a new perspective of anything, whether it be a tangible or an emotional connection between the piece and the patron. So, art for me is a challenge and one I accept and one my interior being recognizes as an outlet for self expression. The secret is to also make available the time and energy essential to the whole art creating process. "Hello Time, nice to meet you! Could I have an extra helping of energy?"
